About this register
ToolPluse collects the headline figures from government budget speeches, finance-ministry circulars, and pay commission orders — annual increments, dearness or adhoc relief allowances, and the other benefits attached to them — and puts them in one place, in plain language, with a calculator attached.
Why it exists
These figures are public, but they're published in dense administrative language and scattered across dozens of departmental notifications. Anyone trying to work out what a budget announcement means for their own payslip usually has to read several documents and do the arithmetic themselves. This site does that part.
How figures are sourced
Country entries marked "Live tracked" are checked against primary sources — official budget speeches, finance ministry office memorandums, and cabinet press releases — and updated as new notifications are issued. Entries marked "Reference" describe the general mechanism only; rates for those systems move too unpredictably to assert without local verification, so we point you to the right authority instead of guessing.
What this site is not
- It is not an official government source, and is not affiliated with any finance ministry, pay commission, or civil service authority.
- It does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice — figures are for general information, and you should confirm anything that affects your pay with your own HR or payroll office.
- The calculator runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into it is sent anywhere or stored.
