The federal budget applies a flat 7% Adhoc Relief Allowance on running basic pay across BPS-1 to BPS-22, with a matching 7% pension increase. The ARA-2022 (15%) and ARA-2025 (10%) allowances are folded into a new basic pay structure, raising the pensionable base without changing this year's take-home by the same proportion. The minimum wage rises about 10% to Rs 40,700 a month.
